RHUBARB & GINGER COCKTAILS
Pink summer punch - 25ml Vodka, 25ml Archers, 30ml R&G syrup and 50ml cranberry juice. Shake with ice and pour into a wide glass. Top up with soda water.
Rhubarb and ginger gin - Frost a tint a glass with ice and water. in a shaker with ice add - 50ml white gin, 30ml R&G syrup, 30ml lime juice. Shake and pour into glass (throw out ice and water first), then top up with soda water.
