DEMERARA COCKTAILS

Rich, smooth and goes in booze

The 1 minute Old Fashioned - Frost a rocks glass. 

Stir in a glass 50ml whiskey or bourbon, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 25ml Werving's Demerara and finally a few drops of water. Garnish with a orange slice or cherry. 

Optional extra, if you have a smoking machine you can had another smokey layer to this already delicious cocktail. 

Irish costa - Fill a rock glass with crushed ice. In a shaker add 50ml whiskey make it a good whiskey (JD doesn't count), 50ml Werving's Demerara and finally add half a cup of coffee or use a coffee pod in a machine. Shake until cool. Pour into glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
