CLASSIC COCKTAILS
Classics are classics for a reason
Amaretto or whiskey sours - Crush ice and frost a rocks glass. Add ice to a shaker and mix in 50ml Amaretto/Whiskey, 50ml lime juice and 50ml Werving's Classic syrup. Shake until foamy and pour into glass. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
Mojito - In a tall glass, add lime chunks, 8 mint leaves, 50ml white rum, 25ml lime juice and 25ml classic syrup. Now muddle the parts together in the glass. Crush ice and add to 3/4 full. Top up with soda water and lift the fruits at the bottom with a long spoon. Add one long straw.
Margarita - Crush ice and frost a rocks glass. In a shaker add ice and 50ml tequila, 25ml Cointreau, 50ml lime juice and 50ml classic syrup. Shake until frost and serve with fresh lime wedges. Optional to salt the rim of the glass,
